This 60-minute live workshop with Sunita Theiss, a Christian PDA adult and mom of PDA kids, will introduce Christian parents to Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) through a biblical lens. You'll learn why PDA isn’t defiance but rooted in anxiety, explore Christ-centered parenting strategies that truly work, and walk away with practical tools—and hope—for nurturing your child and your own heart.
The presentation itself will be about 45 to 60 minutes long. It will be recorded and distributed to those who cannot join live.
For participants who join the live workshop, Sunita will turn off the recording and stay on for about 30 minutes after to answer any questions about PDA and her experience as a PDA Christian parenting PDA kids. These conversations are intentionally kept "offline" to protect the privacy and sensitivity of sharing personal experiences of PDA parenting.
